They produce wines under \u003cstrong\u003ethe Pouilly Fumé\u003c\/strong\u003e , \u003cstrong\u003ePouilly-sur-Loire\u003c\/strong\u003e and \u003cstrong\u003eSancerre\u003c\/strong\u003e appellations.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n \u003cp\u003eSeveral wines are available in the Blanc Fumé appellation of Pouilly. “Le Petit Fumé” is a light, easy-drinking wine made from 10- to 15-year-old vines, perfect with Crottin de Chavignol cheese or charcuterie. “La Moynerie” comes from slightly older vines and will age for 10 to 15 years. “Les Cornets,” “Les Champs des Billons,” and “Les Bois de Saint-Andelain” are named after their specific vineyard sites, where vines around thirty years old are cultivated. “Barre à Mine” comes from \u003cstrong\u003evines grown\u003c\/strong\u003e in a red flint quarry; it is a very mineral wine.
