IGP Principality of Orange

The IGP Principauté d'Orange has been a protected designation of origin since 1981. It covers 36 communes in the Vaucluse department and benefits from a Mediterranean climate. The majority of the wines are single-varietal wines made from Provençal grape varieties. The majority of red wines produced within this IGP are made from Grenache grapes. These wines are intense, rich, and expressive of their terroir.
