Whether enjoyed as an aperitif or with a meal, this wine pairs perfectly with lemon-infused sole fillet, garlic prawns, or curried turkey skewers. Serve at around 10-12°C.

Owner and history

The location of Mas des Agrunelles allows it to benefit from a lovely coolness, especially at night. The plot used here is one of the coolest! The vines are planted in clay-limestone soil and are entirely cultivated organically and biodynamically (since 2010).

Vinification and aging

- Hand-harvested grapes
- Malolactic fermentation and fermentation with indigenous yeasts
- Livestock farming (concrete tanks)
- Bottled without filtration and with a slight addition of sulfur
