Currently, the Château Bélair-Monange is run by the de Boüard de Laforest family, who have breathed new life into the domaine. Vinification and aging

Winemaking at Château Bélair-Monange The winemaking process takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, allowing for precise control of fermentation. The grapes are destemmed and gently crushed to preserve the integrity of the berries. After careful maceration, the wine is aged in oak barrels, some of which are new, for approximately 12 to 18 months. This aging process adds further complexity while respecting the fruit.
