It comes from parcels located in the communes of Meursault and Puligny-Montrachet, which lends it a rare nobility for its status.

Our vineyard is located in the Côte de Beaune, on the magnificent terroirs of Meursault, as well as Pommard, Puligny-Montrachet de Beaune, and the Corton hill. In Meursault, the château, the orangery, the walled vineyard, and the park form a vast 10-hectare estate, now focused on biodiversity and sustainable development.

Vinification and aging

After manual sorting, pressing and settling, alcoholic fermentation takes place in barrels for 10 days, then the wine is aged on lees for 10 months.

The team's opinion

This wine is meant to be drunk while it's still fruity, between now and 2029. It doesn't require long aging, although it can last a few years thanks to the quality of the 2022 vintage.
