Owner and history

This Corsican grape variety is planted in clay-granite soils. The vineyard is cultivated biodynamically and organically! Using 100% of this grape variety does not meet the appellation's specifications. That's why this high-quality wine is simply classified as Vin de France.

Vinification and aging

The grapes are harvested by hand and then pressed as whole bunches. Alcoholic fermentation takes place using yeasts selected from the estate. The wine is aged for 3 to 4 months in concrete tanks, then for 3 to 4 months in barrels.
