Owner and history

The Champelrose plot is laid out in terraces, offering an exceptional terroir that reaches an altitude of 250 meters. These terraces, rich in granite, contribute to the distinct minerality found in the wine.

Vinification and aging

- Harvest: Hand-picking of the grapes to preserve their quality.
- Winemaking: Traditional process in stainless steel tanks, followed by malolactic fermentation in oak barrels.
- Aging: 18 months of maturation in oak barrels that have already been used for a wine, to bring finesse and complexity to the wine.
