Tasting notes

Lamb tagine, duck with olives, or peppered beef fillet would be perfect with this vintage. Serve at around 16°C, and don't hesitate to decant the wine when it's young.

Owner and history

The vineyard, surrounded by nature, is cultivated using organic farming methods. It reaches an altitude of 400 meters, resulting in significant temperature variations between day and night. This unique terroir is expressed in the grapes!

Vinification and aging

The grapes are harvested by hand, in small crates to preserve the whole berries. They are sorted and destemmed before a long maceration. After fermentation, the wine is aged for 18 months in oak barrels (demi-muids and foudres).
