Owner and history

Pinot Noir is planted on brown limestone soils in the Beaune appellation. The terroir is fertile. The vines are located between 220 and 350 meters above sea level. The vines are 30 years old and are cultivated organically and biodynamically.

- Partial destemming and fermentation in oak barrels with indigenous yeasts
