Owner and history

The plot is only 0.37 hectares in size. The Chardonnay vines face east (and southeast), in the middle of a slope. The clay soil is rich in iron and manganese oxides. Considering its characteristics, the plot is quite early-ripening.

Vinification and aging

- Hand-harvested grapes
- Pressing of whole bunches
- Vinification in barrels (11 months) then 6 months in vats
