Vinification and aging

The winemaking process Vosne-Romanée 1er Cru The 2019 vintage is crafted in keeping with Burgundian tradition. The meticulously sorted grapes are destemmed before being gently pressed. Fermentation takes place in wooden vats, promoting a delicate extraction of aromas and tannins. After several weeks of maceration, the wine is aged in oak barrels, some of which are new, for 12 to 18 months.
