Enjoy with Iberian pork shoulder accompanied by nutmeg-spiced dauphinoise potatoes, lamb stew, or Spanish-style beef stew. Serve at around 16°C.

Owner and history

The Pintia cuvée comes from Tinta de Toro (Tempranillo) vines in the Castile and León region. Thanks to its altitude, the vineyard benefits from a lovely freshness that is reflected in the wine. The vines are on average 40 years old.

Vinification and aging

The grapes are sorted in the vineyard during the hand-harvesting. Malolactic fermentation takes place in oak barrels.
The wine is aged in French and American oak barrels for 12 months. A portion is aged in cement tanks.
