Vinification and aging

Winemaking at Château Climens is a meticulous process, blending tradition and innovation. The hand-harvested grapes are carefully sorted to select only the very best. After gentle pressing, the juice is fermented in oak barrels, where it benefits from aging on its lees. This method imparts aromatic richness and a silky texture to the wine. The aging process, which lasts approximately 18 months, allows the wine to integrate and harmonize, developing its complexity and depth.
