Vinification and aging

The winemaking process for Château La Mission Haut-Brion Blanc is carried out with the utmost care. The grapes are harvested by hand and then gently pressed to preserve their integrity. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks and oak barrels, allowing the aromas to develop harmoniously.
