The appellation is located between the Grands Crus Clos Saint-Denis and Clos de Tart. It owes its name to the famous "Clos des Lambrays".

Vinification and aging

- Hand-harvested with 80% whole bunches
- Fermentation for 15 to 18 days in temperature-controlled tanks
- Aged in barrels for 18 months - 50% new
