Viognier thrives on the granitic terroir of Domaine Sérol. This 1.5 hectare plot is home to vines around 20 years old and sits at an altitude of between 400 and 450 meters.

Vinification and aging

- Manual grape harvesting
- Vinification in 500-liter barrels with indigenous yeasts
- Aged on lees for more than 6 months in barrels
