This vintage comes from a certified organic plot with vines averaging 65 years old. The soil is composed of sand and safre, which gives the wines great finesse and a lovely suppleness.

Vinification and aging

- 100% destemmed and fermented in concrete tanks with indigenous yeasts
- Aged for 14 months in 25-year-old casks
