    THE Blanc de Blancs  Love of Deutz 2015 is the 100% Chardonnay jewel of Maison Deutz. Inspired by the famous bronze statuette of Cupid nestled in the courtyard of the domaine in Aÿ, This prestigious vintage is conceived as an ode to purity. to the grace and the chalky minerality.

    The 2015 vintage in Champagne, characterized by a climat hot, dry and sunny throughout the summer, produced grapes with a high concentration of aroma. Deutz has managed to preserve the airy and chiseled character typical of the Côte des Blancs. wrapped here in a very seductive fruity treat.

    The wine, a pale and brilliant gold, reveals a remarkably fine mousse. The nose seduces with its delicate floral notes (hawthorn, acacia, orange blossom) before opening up to sun-drenched nuances: yellow fruits, candied citrus, and brioche and toasty aromas. On the palate, the precise and chiseled attack unfolds with a luminous tension, carried by a fruity breadth and a persistent length, underscored by a subtle salinity. A radiant wine, both precise and voluptuous, where purity is expressed with grace.

This pure creation, crafted from the golden grapes of the noblest Chardonnay terroirs, resonates as a true act of faith in the Champagne, as much as the affirmation of the spirit of freedom of Maison Deutz. A bold prestige cuvée, born from the desire to break free from the codes to reveal a new facet of blending expertise.

    The team's opinion

    L'Amour de Deutz 2015 combines the ethereal silhouette of great Chardonnays from the Côte des Blancs with the vintage's satiny generosity. Irresistibly vibrant now, it possesses the chalky texture necessary to age beautifully for 10 to 15 years (2025–2040+), developing notes of toasted hazelnut and beeswax.
