Vinification and aging

Winemaking at Château Giscours is a meticulous process, blending tradition and modern technology. The grapes are harvested by hand, ensuring rigorous selection. After careful destemming, the berries undergo fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, preserving the freshness and purity of the aromas. Aging takes place in oak barrels, some of which are new, for 12 to 16 months, imparting a silky tannic structure and delicate woody notes that complement the wine's fruity expression.
