The Syrah vines are 20 years old and are located on very steep slopes (40%).

Vinification and aging

- Hand-harvested and strictly sorted in the vineyard and winery
- Winemaking using whole bunches and indigenous yeasts
- Aged for 20 months in barrels with 10% new oak
