The team's opinion
The 2005 vintage was ranked number 1 by Wine Spectator magazine and named "Wine of the Year". Clos Apalta is the only South American wine to have received this distinction. Moreover, the same magazine ranked the 2000 and 2001 vintages in third and second place, respectively. The exceptional 2017 vintage of Clos Apalta has received a score of 100 points from renowned American journalist and critic James Suckling — for the third time — cementing its place among Chile's legendary wines.
