Owner and history

The vineyard covers 125 hectares. The vines have an average age of 30 years. The soil is gravelly Garonne.

Vinification and aging

The grapes are harvested by hand. Vinification is traditional, with maceration lasting approximately three weeks. This maceration is carried out cold, followed by pumping over and aeration. The wine is then aged for 15 months in barrels, one-third of which are new.
