    Le vignoble du Domaine du Pélican s'étend sur des coteaux orientés plein sud, où les vignes de Savagnin profitent d'un ensoleillement optimal. Les sols argilo-calcaires, riches en minéraux, favorisent un enracinement profond et une expression authentique du terroir. La diversité des microclimats dans la région de Jura permet aux raisins de développer des arômes complexes et une belle structure. Chaque parcelle est cultivée avec soin, respectant les cycles naturels et les principes de viticulture durable.

    Owner and history

    Savagnin is a grape variety typical of the region. Here, it is planted on grey Lias marl and benefits from long periods of sunshine. The vines, averaging 25 years old, are cultivated biodynamically, with the utmost care for the terroir.

    Vinification and aging

    - Hand-harvested grapes
    - vinification in large oak barrels (without new oak)
    - Aged for 10 months in oak barrels (50 litres) and in casks, without new wood.
