Owner and history

Vasse Felix has belonged to the Holmes à Court family since 1984. Janet Holmes à Court took over the reins of the domaine After the death of her husband, Robert, she continued to develop Vasse Felix's reputation as a producer of superior wines. Today, the Holmes à Court family remains deeply committed to Tom Cullity's vision and pledges to perpetuate the Vasse Felix legacy for future generations.

Vinification and aging

The vinification of the Vasse Felix Margaret River Chardonnay 2019 is carried out with great precision to preserve the freshness and aromatic complexity of the grapes. The harvest is done by hand, and the grapes are carefully sorted before being gently pressed. Fermentation takes place in French oak barrels, a proportion of which are new.
